Liquid Filled Pressure Gauges
Liquid-filled pressure gauges are designed for pressure measurement in applications exposed to vibration, pulsation, and mechanical shock. The gauge case is filled with glycerin or silicone oil, while an internal Bourdon tube responds to system pressure and drives the pointer to display the measurement value. The filling liquid inside the case keeps the pointer stable during vibration and pressure fluctuations and reduce wear on internal components. These gauges are widely used for pressure monitoring in compressors, reciprocating pumps, plunger pumps, engines, and other vibration-prone equipment. They are also suitable for hydraulic systems operating under frequent pressure fluctuations, including die casting machines, hydraulic presses, and forging presses, as well as general fluid pressure measurement in pipelines and industrial process systems.
